A native Nebraskan, Monte graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a BS in Food Science and an MBA with Finance concentration. Monte has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, but has also worked in a variety of disciplines, including Gillette Dairy, Meadow Gold Dairy, MDS Pharma Services, and Nashua Corporation. He has also taught math and finance courses at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In 1995, Monte turned a hobby of real estate investment into his current profession of commercial real estate ownership, development, and management.
