Non Professional manner of Company Staff! Operation Manager has a rude/nasty disposition with Tenants who ask question. Smoking issues at this Non Smoking Complex that Q and D Management doesn't want to take the time to resolve! They did a change to the No Smoking Policy but will NOT UP HOLD what the NEW POLICY STATES! Which is a Breech of Contract! Q and D allows one of to smoke in her apartment, but others don't!
There are clear signs on the building stating: Smokers are to smoke 25 feet away from the building, Site Manager won't enforce it and allows smokers to smoke under the attached front porch pat and the side attached porch patio! There is No set area on the property for smokers to smokers which cause conflict between smokers and (Non smokers Rights) cigarettes butts are all over the property!
Operation Manager and President of the Management Company ignores complaints from Non-Smoking Tenants! Tenants do not get the proper notification memos on their doors especially when Pesticides are being sprayed on the lawn! The Company that does the Pesticide spraying does not put enough signs around the property to notify Tenants to stay off the lawn even Tenants that have dogs and who have dog walkers! Tenants sometimes have to get help from an outside source to get repairs done! There Favoritism and Retaliation towards certain Tenants from Management!

Called a month ago regarding my status on Walden apts application & was told will leave message to site manager, Catherine to call me. Unfortunately never did. Seems like a bother. Employees working for Q&D mgt r irresponsible when it comes to responding to left messages ornot in office when office is suppose to b open for public concerns. NOT FAIR. IF IT'S A BOTHER OR HAVE NO TIME TO ADDRESS PUBLIC CONCERNS THEN Y BOTHER WORK?.

Rented an apartment that they Manage. Bathroom Ceiling was leaking from upstairs. They attempted to fix it but failed numerous times. My bathroom ceiling was cut out 1 foot square hole for 9 months! And continuous leaking. I had to assess it for leaks. Communicated Clearly how many drips per second and Manager made appointments which I made sure I was present each time.
I DO NOT ALLOW Q & D IN MY APARTMENT WITHOUT ME PRESENT EXCEPT FOR FLOODING, FIRES. Q & D People have snooped around taking pictures when I am not present and Management (males, some have been rude) and not kept their appointments and have been 3 hrs late getting there or not come at all! I have been yelled at by Maintenance Men shouting "No one tells me when I get here!
I don't make appointments! I get here when I get here! The Manager can't make my appointments to fix anything! I get here when I get here! No you can't call me to make an appointment with you! Q & D must make the appointment! Q & D has no Forms to Document a Maintenence Issue to verify that they were notified. Ex. If you notify Q & D of a Plumbing Issue and it is not fixed in a Timely Manner say 1 month, and the Ceiling caves in, what proof do you the Renter have to prove you called consistently, so you are not held responsible for Damages and your Security Deposit is not kept?!
Make sure you Document everything and have proof or your Security Deposit will be kept! And Q & D has more money than you so you lose your Security Deposit and the Rich get richer! They Manage 27 Properties in New York and out of State that are not known or advertised, so Beware of who your Corporate Office is because they get rid of people who speak up and try to bring out truth and improvement suggestions and sign their form that states Do you enter unless Tenant is Home for Maintenance Issues.
I was a Tenant who always paid my rent on time, gratified the property and decorated on Holidays and with flowers in my own pots, took care of bushes, landscaping, and picked up trash dropped by other tenants. I was quiet, kept to myself, helped others, never called Police on anyone, did not judge but offered help when tenants shared their medical issues with me---I shared knowledge I had from my medical bsckground of simple home remedies that help with pain letting them know to check with their doctors on what I told them first, while one of the persons I helped often stalked me with door opened smoking in patio (violating Lease Violations and encouraging other smokers in Quad to do same), constantly made False Reports to Manager who instantly wrote Lease Violations not in Lease with threats of Eviction and Non-Renewal of Lease causing my Fibromyalgia deep muscle pain, no sleep, lowering further my Low Immune System to Activate a Crisis of Further Pain causing further Health Issues and further Medical Bills.
Manager was told and shown my Doctors letter but she refused to receive a copy of it from me and shouted "Not my Problem! I don't care what your medical problem is!" Jill continued to trigger my Fibromyalgia, PTSD, Heart, directly caused from Stress & Trauma causing Deep, Physical Muscle Pain & No Sleep from Pain all night and further lowered Immune System making me a Target for all illness!
The Pain is Severe and caused by Harassment, Bullying and Trauma and is so bad I cannot walk when this condition flares up and Inflammation occurs throughout body and Heart Angina. The Manager Jill refused to accommodate me at Buffalo Creek Commons. She consistently wrote me up for False Reports not in Lease, threatened to Evict me for trivial things through written Lease Violations & copies to you, & False Reports from #81 tenant to Manager Jill and False Reports twisted to Police when I was in my apartment, created Chaos and alarming Police to come who shouted Names, Activate EMS Team, Ambulances, Trespassed, No Warrant, No Welfare Check, Excessive Police Force, Manipulating ways to Force my Locked door open & Kicked it! (video) Shouting, Loud Noises are a Lease Violation & Not providing Peaceful Enjoyment of Rental!
