DO NOT RENT HERE! I own a sizable business in New York. At the time, I was working on moving to Alabama to supply my southern market. I stumbled on some buildings in the Avalon area of Birmingham riding past them on my way from airport to the downtown area. I talked with two of the tenants that were occupying spaces and both tenants strongly recommended looking elsewhere. I asked them to elaborate as some tenants just like to complain.
I believed these guys simply because their issues were almost identical in that they both had issues with the main guy "Adam." Being too long to write everything, I am inclined to go with the advice of the two gentlemen and stay away from here. Probably why one was working on moving out at the time of these conversations.

Ive been working with this company for many years and I can tell you that no one cares about there customers more than the management in the Birmingham office. Thanks for all you do.
