Premier Residential Services

We purchased a home in Indian Wells and were told about Premier. We interviewed them and were pleased and surprised at the depth and breadth of their services. They inspect and manage our home when we're out of town. When we need things done they have the relationships and influence over vendors which is a big help to newcomers. Pleased to say that much of the day-to-day things can be taken care of by their own people. From what we have experienced and heard from others, they are the gold standard in residential management.

I contacted Daniel with a view of having them manage my property while out of town for a couple of years. He responded right away and later that day he and Herman came to my house to discuss their services and to inspect the property. That was where the promptness ended. They left saying they would have their "Customer Services Manager, Laurie" would email me figures and projections later that day of what I could expect for rental etc.

That was a Friday, and by Tuesday I still had not heard from them. So I called their office and Laurie was not available, so I was transferred to Herman. He seemed uninterested saying, "Oh yeah, we were supposed to send you those figures weren't we?" I also left 3 messages for Laurie to call me back, with no response. After a week of trying to get a response I gave up and signed with another property management company.

I did eventually receive an email from Daniel with the information I was told I would have a week prior. After this I would not trust them to manage anything, and have peace of mind my property was being handled correctly while I was away.

I've used Premier for the past two years and have been extremely happy with all their services. The staff is always professional and friendly and my questions, requests, and inquires have always been answered to my satisfaction. I was in property management for over 25 years and feared I wouldn't find a company that did the job as well as I, a professional, would expect. I found I was wrong, Premier has exceeded all my expectations.

We have used Premier Property Management for 12+ years and ever had a problem of any sort. They are reliable, reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with. My contact at the company (Patricia) has been the same one for more than 5 years. She's great at taking care of what needs doing and also at keeping me in the loop. And she's very nice!

I hired Premier in January to clean my short-term rental home and they do not disappoint! My home looks amazing. The cleaning staff does an excellent job and they have a great eye for detail (folded towels on the racks, placement of TV remotes, etc). They also provide a la carte services for other jobs; we had them clean all our windows/screens inside and out and we're very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Premier Services saved the day when I met them. Helpful, efficient, pleasant, polite and most importantly discreet and I hoped reasonably priced. After a few months things changed so expect extortionately high bills and weird ways of paying of utilities. They pay themselves first and charge huge amounts for the work they do, when I queried the bill they immediately sent solicitors letters without thinking about resolving the problems, typically Californian.

I felt bamboozled and it undid all the work they had done. The staff are nice enough, but money is money. They charge far too much for small errands. There are more financially efficient ways of getting the house looked after in the desert and pay bills, I wish that after two years I could recommend them, I can't.

Staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. One stop shop for all your housekeeping and maintenance needs. Excellent communication and they work hard to build a program specific to your needs. My stress level has decreased now that I have them handling my property!

Premier Residential has been managing our home in Toscana since the beginning in 2006. For the early years we dealt with Patricia Garapolo and more recently, Nina Sumaya. They are both excellent. There are myriad issues with arise with a home and most all of them seem to arise when the owner is away. Thankfully, we have Premier to fill this void. Oftentimes, a member of their own maintenance staff can correct the problem, saving the owner money and time.

Other times, a third party vendor is needed. Premier has a comprehensive list of vendors and clout to keep them in check. This past year we have dealt exclusively with Nina. Nina is professional, responsive and conscientiously follows through with the needed action. It is a delight to deal with her. I could not be more pleased.

This is the best cleaning company in the desert. We have used them for 12 years and have never been unhappy. Great crews, polite, professional and thorough!

We needed fast service and they were there! Excellent quality and a fair price. We will use them again!
