Mandatory Resident Insurance Program
Residents are required to carry Renter's Insurance as a condition of their lease agreement. A mandatory Renter's Insurance program ensures that that your property is better protected. In the event of an accident or incident you will have the opportunity to recover losses from the renter's insurance company. This requirement adds a valuable layer of risk protection for you and your property. Mandatory Renter's Insurance reduces claims and losses for property owners and often leads to lower insurance costs. Some carriers offer substantial discounts on premiums when a mandatory program is implemented.

Online Resident Screening allows for an efficient and streamlined resident screening process. Prospective residents are able to complete and submit rental applications through our website 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Access and download monthly reports from any computer with an internet connection. Receive your statements by email each month and eliminate visits to the bank to deposit your rent checks by taking advantage of secure ACH deposits to your bank account.
Eviction Protection Program
Evictions can happen to any rental property owner no matter how well a resident is screened. Unexpected circumstances can arise in residents lives resulting in an inability to pay the rent. When a resident is unable to pay the rent they also find it difficult to move, requiring a property owner undergo a costly eviction procedure. At Countryside Property Management, we protect you from the high costs of an eviction. For a small monthly fee of $10 per unit, our Eviction Protection Program will cover up to $650.00 per eviction in the aggregate for all eviction related fees and legal costs. Eviction costs not covered by the program include any costs or fees resulting from a jury trial or in the event a resident makes a counterclaim against a property owner.

Also. Please do not leave a bad Yelp review or you will be harassed with annoying Yelp messages at 3:30Am on a Saturday morning. I almost said Friday night but I might get threatened over that too. I was threatened with a lawsuit because "Country Side Management" cannot take a bad Yelp review. This is sick. I would definitely not do business with company AGAIN!

I've only been with you guys for a short time, but so far so good? I've found your team to be efficient, thorough, responsive, and easy to work with. We've had terrible experiences with Liberty, but as soon as we switched over here everything has been great. I signed up with Countryside Property Management in early July, 2019. Prior to this I had been with another management company that epitomized all the bad things one hears about such companies. As I am remote and could not supervise their work except by telephone and internet. When I did go to the property, I was shocked. Due to their mismanagement and inattention, I was confronted with over $20K of bills to bring the house up to rentable condition.
I found Countryside on Yelp. They had consistently high rankings and I decided to switch over to them. My contact, Jason immediately engaged himself. It was evident that he had the end result of renting my place in mind by his actions and follow-up. This was something the previous company had never exhibited. Within just a couple of weeks Jason had all repairs completed and procured a new tenant.
It was so refreshing to encounter this diligence after having had such a bad experience previously. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend Countryside. They truly stand out by the service they provide.

Before countryside, I was handling the property myself and had problems from the tenants paying rent. I did some research and countryside had the top review so I called Robert and then Jason. They took care the problem quickly and found a new tenant with very short down time. Most time I was talking to Jason for my property and he was very easy to work with. Wish we had used Countryside earlier. They make owning a rental property stress free. They handle the rental process, only considering quality tenants. They take care of all necessary repairs, never bothering us for anything (which is so valuable) and you can't beat their management fee rate. Been using country side for almost a year now and no complaints at all. They are very professional and have been in the business for a while. The fee for service is reasonable and they are very good at communicating through email. I always get my Tenants rent on time and they are good about communications between owner and Tenant.
