Good complex, we got a great apt on the ground floor across from a duck pond and a stretch of trees. Apt was cleaned well, all appliances in good order, and a massive undivided 2- door refrigerator. The apt seems to be well insulated & pretty quiet. LARGE windows, and with the living room and a patio door facing SE to SW, should be great light.

I love these apartments. I wake up in the morning go outside on the patio and all I see is the pond with the waterfall. It's peaceful looking at it each and everyday since I moved in on the 7th of October 2024. They have great workers in the office and maintenance workers too.

Stay far away from this place. The internet is unacceptable, the office staff could care less about you once you're in your lease, and they have some of the worst communication you could possibly imagine. All the positive reviews are incentivized by gift cards, but I promise if you ask someone face to face about their experience here it'll be a different story. Live literally anywhere else.

My company, Surface Experts, works at the Latitudes Apartments. What a great property and in a great location. From first pulling on the property and going into various apartments, it is very well maintained. As a vendor one of the first things I noticed is they have a well trained, extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are easy to do business with and very organized. It has been a pleasure doing business with the Latitudes!

I have heard from many that this is the place to live!. The grounds and the area is kept immaculate. There maintenance crew always taking care of things in a professional manner. I am very impressed in how this complex is run., and would recommend it to anyone

I've always enjoyed my time at Latitudes. The pools is nice and always opens. The landscaping has been replaced and looks nice every year. They just added a dog park and it looks like they are building more amenities near the pool. The residents and maintenance workers have always been nice and inviting to me. Latitudes is located far enough away from the highway or any industrial area making it nice and quiet. Although it is not far from the grocery store, restaurants, or highway access. This is a great place to live!

The Latitudes Apartments were very helpful with superb service! Thank you for welcoming me into your beautiful and newly renovated club house! I will definitely recommend the Latitudes Apartments, if I hear of anyone moving to the area!

My family and I moved here and we kinda regret it. The neighbors above us make so much noises very late at night everyday. They're slamming doors, banging the wall, walking extremely loud, and throwing stuff. They're constantly fighting all the time we can hear everything. I have reported it so many time to the main office and they have it done anything. I have raise my complaint with the neighbor and they don't care at all.

We cannot sleep peacefully and is so disturbing every night. This is the worst apartment we have ever live in where they don't care. If they did care they would have done something. The next time we are calling the police because this is unacceptable. The apartment is very beautiful and we love it but that is one of the disadvantages.

I really like this complex! Brian had done everything he can to make living here enjoyable! Other tenants complaining are probably people who complain about everything. Anything we request of them has and is done in a timely manner!

Just renewed our second lease here! Very quiet community and leasing office has been super easy to work with. Location is great and we feel really safe here!

I've lived here for about a month and a half. so far its really great. my unit itself is very spacious, clean, with great lighting. I love the amazon hub, the neighbors are pretty chill. the leasing staff are very kind and call back promptly. they host events that are kid friendly which is nice of them. they did one for Halloween. the club house is very nice big, clean with a nice little coffee area. also while I was applying they were very kind and patient with me and with all the questions I had. very professional and kinds staff.

There are two parts to this review. First and foremost, I am not only impressed, but very appreciative of the staff here at Latitudes. They understand the individual and offer terrific service. Questions arise and they either have the answer- or find it. That said, there is one person in particular that has made my experience very wonderful- Alexis Parks. She is very detailed in her work and is always more than professional during our interactions. Her high energy, people-personality, and knowledge in leasing consultation should be recognized. She is VERY good at her job! Thank you Latitudes for ALL your efforts.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. When first moving in the office was amazing and there were no problems. Upon moving out, the contract was not followed and completely disregarded on termination policy that is stated in the lease agreement. I am also being charged rent for 2 weeks that I'm not living at the apartment at all. It takes 6-7 phone calls or emails to get ahold of anybody, and when they do call they don't know what's going on. I would avoid at all cost. The apartment looked nice but was not good quality and the pain of trying to deal with the office is enough to never recommend them to anyone.

I just moved in this weekend from out of town. Me and my two dogs Violette and Denver love our new home and feel very welcome! The apartment is very spacious compared to any other one bedroom we have lived in. The Trash Valet is such a cool convenience! The lake views and walking paths are serene, I can't wait to see them sprinkled in snow. Everything has been so convenient!

I had a trailer stolen after only being here for about 2 weeks and ever since we've moved in there has either been some type of theft from a vehicle or a hit and run EVERY WEEK. Sometime multiple times a week. And the apartments don't even care enough to put cameras at least on the entrances. Internet is HORRIBLE! I have a Harley that I don't even. feel comfortable keeping here at the complex because I'm afraid it will get stolen.

They don't care. You would think after all these problems with theft from vehicles they would want us all to feel safe but they literally do not care. Oh and by the way, we have only been here for 1 month.

This has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. My husband was transitioning of the military and we were looking for a place to rent. We stumbled across Latitudes online and fell in love with the layouts. We reached out and Casey got us moved in. She made the application process easy and stress free. She also answered all our questions. The experience living there was amazing. Super well kept.

Never had any issues at all! Maintenance was always right on it when we called needing help. We added a storage unit on about 6 months in and was super easy to add that! Latitudes definitely felt like home. My husband I decided it was time to break our lease due to us buying a home, but Brian the property manager made the process of early termination extremely easy and stress free! The communication was perfect. I have nothing but great things to say about this community. They truly care about the residents! Thank you Latitudes for such a great experience and a place to call home.

I moved in this apartment complex June of 2021. Upon moving into a thousand dollar "luxury apartment" I found that our front and back doors were not sealed properly which has allowed for an extreme insect infestation that includes large spiders. This was all discovered after signing the lease, however. Now that we are locked in, they have avoided fixing our situation at every turn for months now.

I would think twice before moving here. All they care about is money, definitely not their residents. Edit: We have tried asking for the work to be done three times since this post weeks ago and still nothing has happened. They say that someone will be out on a specific day and then they don't show. Then when you follow up, they say the exact same thing, and still never show. It's surprising that it is so difficult for them to follow through with commitments. So don't be fooled by their assuring replies on here, they don't care. Not to mention their own staff is leaving positive reviews to counteract ones like these. This place is an absolute joke.

Nothing but good things to say about Latitudes! Staff was very helpful and they are always looking for residents' feedback to improve the community. Love the Amazon lockers and Valet Trash! Awesome location too, only a few minutes from just about anything you need

Latitudes was one of the best apartment communities I have lived in. The staff was polite and professional and the amenities were great! I would still be living there if we hadn't added a few pets.

My husband and I lived here for a year and a half and would've extended our lease if we hadn't added 2 dogs in the meantime we enjoyed the privacy of the unit we had, and our service requests were always handled in a timely manner. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and welcoming at all times! Most of our neighbors kept to themselves, but we never had an unpleasant experience. We highly recommend!

Been living here for three months and getting out asap. Poor management. People stealing packages, dish plan stinks and doesn't work half the time. We have to have repair guy here every month and many times twice a month. six and eight people living in apartments. Crazy rent prices for average looking apartments. I haev 5 holes in my apartment that I pay $1665. a month for. Not good. ot good at all.

Been having these issues with the pool for years now. New management is a lot better than the older one though. But things like the following are safety issues. Was at our pool today and 80% of the people weren't residents. And I know this because they bragged about it and always being able to come to the pool because no one checks and if the person does, it's always a teenage girl and they just tell them they forgot their pass. Wtf? Pool and weight room have been closed for months and now we can't even use the pool because this place doesn't enforce their own rules.

I have absolutely loved living here so far! I haven't had many maintenance issues, but the ones I have had were very simple to get taken care of and quick. One of my favorite parts about Latitudes is the location, it doesn't seem like you are right next to so many shopping options but you are. You get nice views of the ponds and the wooded areas around the property making it feel more private as well as a beautiful pool.

The "big wigs" do not personally care about the residents and did not want to help at all during time in need with job loss due to COVID. They actually sent out an email telling residents to apply for a rental assistance program, thus causing many to get behind on rent while waiting approval, and then proceeded to change their mind and tell residents that they weren't going to accept the program to help residents.

Do not trust anything they offer or say! Just a follow up for those thinking about moving in. This issue was discussed and a payment plan was offered. This after we were already behind from them offering help and taking it away. NOW, they have sent us papers from a lawyer with a court date for eviction! Mind you - The CDC has extended eviction restrictions until December of 2020 - but of course they are sneaky and won't tell anyone that! Bottom line - like I previously said - DONT trust these people and expect them to help you or go above and beyond. All about the money and that's all!

Apartments are large, great outdoor view, friendly neighbors, great office staff, maintenance has always responded and fixed my request quickly.

Please don't rent at latitudes please. They rob confront of you, their appartment look great outside, but all junk.

Where to start. First, this is Edward Rose & Sons. Seems that there is a lot of miscommunication between the regional office and the on site staff. For example, it took 6 months to get my over charged monthly rental statement corrected because the regional office had to approve the statement. Get ready to call maintenance. Sometimes multiple times for the same issue. I think I'm now up to 15 or 16 requests and I still have 4 months to go. Hoping that my latest ticket will rid my apartment of the mice that are running on my ceiling (between my and the apartment above) every night.

Being an Edward Rose property, you get the wonderful opportunity to select one internet provider. Edward Rose's very own proprietary service. VERY SLOW! SAD! I moved here to save a buck for the rent, was impressed by the model apartment and given a shabby apartment. I guess you get what you pay for.

WE HATED EVERYTHING ABOUT LIVING AT LATITUDES! Their Dish TV and Internet service is horrible. Maintenance was horrendous. They repeatedly launched snow onto residents' vehicles from snowblowers. Dumpsters always overflowing. Office staff was nasty. I started calling the property manager Bigfoot because people claim he exists, but I never saw him. The loudest dishwashers and garbage disposals on the planet!

Huge gap between sliding glass doors, so big that we had to stuff bath towels into it after maintenance failed to fix it. I could go on and on. Actually, I did. I contacted upper management at Edward Rose and Sons, who owns the property. THEY DID NOT GIVE A SH*T ABOUT ANYTHING I HAD TO SAY. When we moved out, I sent them a 9 page letter detailing our experiences there, including pictures. They still did not care. Not only should you not live there, you shouldn't live at any Edward Rose property anywhere!

This place is a joke to live here my hot water went out had no hot water to shower for 2 days I called 9am to maintenance could not get any answer left 4 messages with them I had to boil water in a pan and put on my stove to heat up just to take a warm bath the staff here dont care about ur concern all they are interested in is collecting rent money dont move here you will regret it

This apartment complex was giving away Starbucks gift cards to people who gave them a good review online

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The office staffs are useless but the problem is not them, it's the people who own the property. -Lack of communication causes bad move-in & move-out and many other inconveniences -SUPER BAD internet that you can't cancel but you can pay more to upgrade and get same bad quality services(how convenient?) -They care about their own profit way more than their customers -Dishonest to the potential tenant just to make you sign the contract It does have the good location and overall nice neighborhood. If you like the location/neighborhood, find somewhere close by with better services.

Look, you can find something to complain about at every apartment complex; however, my wife and I EXTREMELY enjoyed our time at Latitudes. We had an 8 month lease, and we never had a massive problem. It stinks that you have to use their internet service(which was pretty expensive for very few Mbps). The rent rates were fine and very competitive. I really like the area. The maintenance crews responded quickly to our problems. The front office people were kind enough. If you are looking for your landlord to be your best friend, then you have your own problems.

Low priced, Good management, Good maintenance. Biggest downside = if you want internet & cable, they force you to buy their crappy overpriced internet and cable :/ Otherwise great.

Unprofessional. To say the least. Went to go to the pool and the door was locked during the hours it was open. Went into the office to ask why. Well I guess every employee they have decided to go home. It was unlocked and no one was there. Waited for over 30 mins and still no one. So I searched for any person I could find (yes I tried calling but the phone were ringing in the club house where I was currently waiting).

I finally found someone and was told it was closing for the day. Really? The entire reason I signed a lease was for the pool. And it's closed. With no sign. With no one on staff. With an open clubhouse. Cool. There were over 20 people walking around trying to figure it out. Unprofessional and irritating!

My wife and I lived in these apartments about 3 years ago and let me tell you something. They are EXTREMELY overpriced, only a few of the staff were friendly, and the parking is terrible when you have alot of groceries to carry. We lived on the 1st floor and it sounds like you have tons of elephants living above you, always running up and down the stairs at night. One more thing for all of the Arachnophobia's out there, good luck living in these apartments, you'll wake up every morning having to kill at least one spider if not two or more.and I'm not talking about little tiny spiders, they are the big wolf spiders.

So if you don't mind wasting money and living with the spiders, this is the place for you! Other wise, go elsewhere! Oh yeah, one more thing. You have to carry your trash bags all the way to the front of the complex, that's where all the compactors are.
