Won't recommend them to my enemies. My experience as a tenant was a nightmare. Still contesting their bad faith moveout inspection. Plus, the owners they manage properties of are shady characters for the most part.

This moving experience was the easiest I have ever had. We viewed the house on a Monday and were under time pressure to move. By that same Friday, we were moving in. They respond quickly to emails and the chat forum they utilize. We encountered some issues with sending the deposits, due to technical problems. However, they were patient as we resolved the issue and assisted us in finding a solution. They are courteous to work with and the house is exceptionally well-maintained.

Slow at maintenance service. I've had a wall raining water (under previous management, over 2 months to repair.) and now having water flooding the next morning after washing dishes. A drain hose was replaced, but still have the problem. First reported 2023, Thanksgiving evening.

Aramis Realty has done a fantastic job of managing my multifamily house in the last several years. I strongly recommend it to all property owners. I do not write reviews often. Although I feel it very important when you have something important to say. I have owned rental property in Atlanta for close to 10 years. And most are currently section 8 tenants. I have had so much difficulty with property management. I almost sold everything from the frustration. I can not believe how hard it has been to find a professional management company, that I can trust and most importantly does not take advantage of you financially since I am an out of town owner.
Not just Patrick, but the entire staff that I have worked with to date is professionally and precise. In fact Patrick also offered advice on my LLC. Invaluable information. I now sleep well knowing my properties are in the hands of the pros

Payments and communication about work needed can be handled through an easy to use portal. Things are done in a timely manner. Extraordinarily thorough application process to secure an apartment, which was greatly appreciated. They encouraged us to have friends or family view the property to make sure it fits our wants since we were moving from out of state. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Looking for leasing a house or leasing your house? Don't think further! You have the company you need right here! It was a wonderful journey for me renting from Aramis Realty. They have an easy to use app with the auto-pay option to always be on time paying your rent, and ask for maintenance. I loved it. All my meld requests have been satisfied, and my moving out was smooth. I got my deposit back pretty fast. I miss you already Aramis. Thank you Patrick for all the care. You're doing a fantastic job. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!
