I had the pleasure of working with Advantage Realty Services for over 15 years while they managed my Wesley Chapel rental property and then sold it for me this year. I can't say enough about the responsiveness and professionalism of their team, Karen Brake Joyal in particular. They always went above and beyond, even helping with unexpected requests that came up during refinancing and capital improvement projects. Becki and everyone at Advantage Realty were absolutely amazing in helping me find my new home! I was struggling to find a place, however they assisted me in finding a nice place that was affordable for me and my two kids. They were always easy to get a hold of and got back to me right away if I left message. They are super friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to help you find a nice place that's within your budget. Please give them a try, especially if you're not happy with your current realtor or apartment finder. I promise that you will be happy that you did.

Rented from this company from 2011 - 2013. We had very few issues (apart from their refusal to treat the termites in the home- the second floor was beginning to have noticeable structural weakness in some areas). When we moved out, they tried to claim 90% of our security deposit for claims that were full-blown lies. Things like "junk in storage shed" aka the same 3 paint cans that were inside the shed when we moved in. Thankfully we had photographic evidence from our move-in and I was able to contest the charges (aside from the mandatory carpet cleaning fee- they still made us pay that even though I had the carpets cleaned when we moved out.) Unless you're ready to risk an entire security deposit, steer clear.

Advantage Realty Services is the best home rental company out there. I rented an Advantage property for nearly 4 years before purchasing my own home and have nothing but good things to say about their professionalism, communication, and response time to maintenance issues. Management always responded quickly to any question or concern and they even helped me find and purchase my new home!

I can not say enough good things about this company!
First, lets address their actual monthly rent...extremely reasonable!!! Florida is expensive and finding something within budget can be hard...not with Advantage Realty!! As a military family we move a lot and I wish we could just take them everywhere with us.
Second, the move in process is so simple and smooth.
As a SAHM my kids are ALWAYS with me so signing paper work and picking up keys for move in can be kind of an annoying errand. Advantage made it so quick and easy...literally in and out.
Third, any maintenance requests have been prompt and easy to schedule. I saw a previous review of Doug being rude...He’s NOT! He gets in and gets out...he explains everything needed and gets it done.
My dogs and kids have surrounded him and asked millions of questions...he answers them ALL kindly. I do not feel insecure or uncomfortable having him in my home. I can’t say enough great things about Advantage!! We haven’t moved out so I can’t speak on that process but the move-in and living in are easy and great.

Been a tenant for 2.5 years and Advantage has been great at communication with us and between the homeowner. There is a level of personal touch that has not been lost on this company. We received personal phone calls to check up on things and if there was ever an issue at the house, they had someone there as quickly as possible to get it fixed. Highly recommend using their services.

I rented a home for 18 months that Advantage Realty managed. From the time I signed the contract to my move-out day, Karen and Becki were efficient, professional and very understanding. Even after Hurricane Irma came through and caused minor damage to the property, a repair person showed up right away. When a contractor didn't finish a job, both Becki and Karen stayed in contact with me over the weekend and they were relentless on the company that failed to repair the AC.
