I had a new AC installed in early July. Downriver Climate Control did a great installation job even tho it was one of the hottest days this summer. Today I had a furnace check. Justin did a great job, explained what he was doing and was very efficient. I would recommend DCC to anyone having heating or cooling issues.

Super easy to work with. Completed install of a furnace in a timely manner. Great pricing. Answers phone, questions and very polite. Justin and his coworker displayed great manners, honesty and it's refreshing to see a reliable company in such a time crunch.

Our A/C failed at 7 pm Saturday evening in 90° weather. DCC answered the phone that evening, came out Sunday morning, gave us a quote and was installing a new A/C & furnace first thing Monday morning. DCC is professional and courteous. The HVAC company I had a service contract with, never returned my call.

What a great experience. Communication, I wish all contractors were like this. Solved my problem on my budget.

Our old A/C was running low on refrigerant which resulted in freezing issues. Justin had us up and running the same day I called him. Good dude, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He gave us a fair price on the now discontinued R22 freon. When we finally replace the old beater I'll definitely call him.

Justin did a fantastic job fixing our air conditioner. It's very hot and humid and he came out to our house after hours very quickly. He found the problem and had it working fast and temporary until he was back first thing in the morning with new parts and a permanent fix. Would recommend 100%.

Justin was the man!, got my contactor changed and he even showed up on less than 24 hour noticed before the big heat wave, nice guy and glad I did business with a local guy! Will definitely recommend

I wish I could give Downriver Climate Control more than 5 stars! Justin came out initially to replace a bad capacitor for my air conditioner. The motor also went out and Justin let me know what my options were. I felt very comfortable right from the start. I knew I had made the right choice because of all the great reviews I've read on here. It was an absolute "no brainer" for me.

I decided it was time to buy a new unit and Justin took care of me and had one ready for me the next day. Everything from start to finish was handled with a level of care and professionalism that really impressed me. Justin arrived on time and was ready to take care of business. He walked me through everything he did and answered any questions I had.

You can tell that he's very confident, takes pride in his job and you can tell that he stands behind his work. Buying a new Air Conditioner was something I was a little nervous about. However it didn't take me long to realize I had made the right choice and there's no better feeling! The reviews here speak for themselves. He kept a smile on his face the entire time, even in the sweltering heat.

I know if there's anything I need, this is the guy to call! Also, I asked if they had a military discount. Which he was happily going to give me. However, I decided to decline it because I was very impressed and felt he deserved every penny!

Justin from Downriver Climate Control was so professional. I have a business with 2 roof top Air Conditioners that were broke on a 90 degree day, he was able to fix both in a super quick amount of time. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the parts in his truck which was extremely efficient. I was so impressed and will always call him for any climate needs. I've had some bad experiences with other companies in the past so this was a pleasure doing business with him.

This was a great experience! My ac went out and after having a frustrating time with my previous ac guy ghosting me, Justin answered the call. He called me with an eta and because I wasn't able to be there he even called me with details and recommendations. Of course my furnace goes out on a Saturday morning (when the warehouse isn't open), but Justin came through first thing Monday morning. Arrived when he said, went and got the furnace, and it was installed before sundown. Like others, I got a good deal. An honest, hard working young man. Great service. Would gladly recommend.

Justin is great! I was having a ton of trouble with my control board, motor, and air conditioning unit. His rate was extremely fair, aligned with current market prices, he worked efficiently, and was extremely professionals. He did a great job of educating me as to what the problems were which made me feel very confident about the work he was doing and why previous attempts to fix the control board issues failed.
