We had a very short amount of time to find a new home and get moved in. Katie Shuler was so terrific, she helped us with problems on application, she is very knowledgeable and professional. I dont think we could have had a better person to understand our needs and situation and get us the right home for our family. Katie responds to questions or requests very quickly, you have a great representative for your company!

Dena was amazing. My application was approved the same day I applied. I had been looking for a home for almost a month and was grateful for Denas help. Dena made us feel she cared about finding us the right home and helped with our relocation to the area. I highly recommend Victory Property Management.

We have worked with Amber Reavis and Victory Property Management for almost 3 years now. Its has been wonderful. We couldnt ask for a better property manager or company to work with. Amber is extremely responsive and always replies quickly. The online portal makes it super easy to find any info you might need such as your lease, maintenance requests etc. Repairs are done in a timely manner and we have had no issues.
Unfortunately we are moving to a new area and will no longer be working with Amber or Victory Property Management and it makes us so sad! We wish every realty company could be as smooth and easy as this one! Amber takes her job seriously and always keeps a nice, helpful attitude!

Victory Property Management is the best rental company I've rented from and a huge part of our great experience is working with Amber. She is quick to respond when contacted and fix issues (although we have not had many). She is knowledgeable and advocates fairly for both the renter and homeowner. I highly recommend renting with Victory!

We were one of the first to apply and they accepted applications on a first come first serve basis, rather then letting it sit on their page for a week and take in as many applications (and the fees that come with it) as they could get and then decide. First off, I find them to have integrity by that action, but also we were not left waiting for a decision! Dena has been fantastic!
She has stayed in constant communication with us through the entire process and has been so helpful in getting certain items fixed and smells out before move in. Dena also allowed us to store a few large things in the garage a few days before move in. She has helped point us in the right direction for utility set up and other questions we have had. I look forward to the continued relationship with Dena and Victory over the duration of our renting period. It is so underrated the peace of mind a good landlord is!

So we are moving from pa to nc for my husbands job relocation with only 2 weeks notice. We all know how much stress that could bring to a family of 6! After searching property management company one after another I came across victory property management! Carlos and the rest of the team definitely made finding a house a smooth stress free experience and treated us like they were helping their own family find a home! Thanks again everyone!
