Bahia Property Management was my first time experience using a company manage my property. I have been managing my florida property for years on my own thinking there was nothing would make it any easier. How wrong was I. I decide to try Bahia since they had a deal. The experience from day one was one of the me ssir pleasant experience I had with customer service. Not only did it start out with great service it continued for the years that I used them. They provided with top notch service got me rental income I never was able to get on my own i mean rental income of 35% higher than I ever received. Also Catherine who was my property manager made the icing on top with her professionalism and dedication to my needs. So a big thumbs up and thanks for giving something great.

Excellent service!! My experience with BPM has been great so far. Catherine and Jennifer took me to the process in a very smoothly way. Jennifer always contacted me with any details and new information on my rental unit, which I really appreciate it. I am very pleased with her and all the ladies that work at BPM. Also, I would like to add that recently Yandira has helped me with maintenance issues in my unit, and she did an incredible job coordinating with my tenant and the HOA. Awesome job ladies!!

My property manager Leticia is the best! She is so professional and definitely cares that the rental process goes smoothly. She even went out of her way to mail me a misdirected package that ended up at my vacant property!! Let just say that Paola from billing and Eli from customer success were more than helpful. They were both amazing. We were having a tough time with tenants and they took care of everything. Great property management company! I have a couple properties managed by Bahia, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and the responsiveness. I am not one that usually writes a review, even though I rely on them daily, but felt that it was only just to express my personal experience with Bahia Property Management. I am a few months away from completing a year lease with them as being the management company of the landlord and they have provided excellent service since day 1. As with any rental, maintenance are bound to arise and I cannot say that they have not with this rental. What has made the difference is the service and prompt response that I have received when submitting a maintenance request. We start that the website is very user friendly and straight forward. Log on, click on maintenance, write the issue, give it a priority and submit...thats it. My experience has not only extended to maintenance issues, but also currently with the renewal of my lease. I was provided with an email advising me that renewal was approaching and then a follow up email with the actual terms of the renewal. Renewal was just a couple of clicks and electronic signatures...That was all. Payments are easy using the website and the best part, it keeps records of every transaction that has been made to the account to include your deposits. Hope that this information will be of use to anyone interested in renting or becoming a client of Bahia Property Management.

I can honestly say that you experience with Bahia has exceeded my expectations. The girls are so helpful and knowledgeable. I've had the privilege of working directly with Cristina Santiago the Maintenance Supervisor and she is such a wonderful and caring person. Always has the vendor and tenants best interest at heart. I am super pleased and thankful to Bahia Property Management for their services.

I have had a great experience from renting my previous and current house from Bahia. Customer service was fantastic. They were very polite and understanding and did their best to make everything work very quick and without any unexpected difficulties.
