A $300 non-refundable US Dollar deposit is required to hold any vacation property. This amount is applied towards your final balance which is payable 30 days prior to arrival. A $500 non-refundable US Dollar deposit is required to hold any vacation property. Hotels can be good for some clients. For the same costs (and many times for less) you can have your own vacation home with private swimming pool. We also feature condominiums / apartments in resort type settings. We offer the closest vacation homes to the Walt Disney World Resort.
