Barkan Management

We work on assignments from over one thousand units to as few as 20. We manage the newest city high rises, and pastoral suburban townhomes; from ultra-luxury to affordable housing. While the approach may vary at these diverse property types, our mission in all situations is to advance the goals of the trustees or developers who have placed their confidence in Barkan Management.

As a full-service property management company, Barkan delivers an integrated suite of services for property owners and boards of condominiums and cooperatives, real estate developers, affordable housing, and the residents we serve daily. Facilitating better governance by providing the board with expertise and administrative support.

The Coolidge at Sudbury is a newly-built "55 and better" community financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Barkan Management was engaged by the developer, B'nai B'rith Housing New England, to initially provide consulting services and open the community. A second phase comprised of 56 additional units is projected to open in 2019.

We build long-term relationships, provide creative solutions and apply leading-edge technology. We're led by a highly credentialed executive team. Our senior staff includes five Certified Property Managers (CPM), a designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management, nine Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM) and twelve Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), both designations awarded by the Community Association Institute, a National Affordable Housing Professional, a designation awarded by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and numerous other housing management and compliance certifications.
