We have been in the same location for the past 37 years on 4423 Cass St. in Pacific Beach, CA. Our Mission is to be the very best property management service in San Diego.
Management Services
Report
All rental payments are due on the 1st day of the month and late payments are applied if not received by the 3rd day. We will take action to have the tenant removed if rental fees are not paid in a timely manner. We will record every transaction affecting your account balance. Copies of all receipts and work orders are kept on file and duplicate information will be provided upon request. In order to protect your investment we provide all maintenance services with qualified contractors.
