Report
Performance Property Management is a full service management company that specializes in managing. Our company pays for Adword programs to ensure that our website is in the top results when specific words are searched in major search engines, such as Yahoo, Google and Bing. Prepare a written inspection sheet along with digital photos of your property prior to resident's move in.
Rental Qualifications
Report
Performance Property Management rents without regard to an applicant's race, ethnic background, sex, age, religion, marital or familial status, physical disability or sexual orientation. As part of our commitment to provide equal opportunity housing, we comply with all federal, state and local laws prohibiting discrimination.
Owner's Resources
Report
Our owner reports are prepared and either uploaded to your Owner Portal or mailed on the 25th day of each month, as well. Please contact our office if you don't receive your mailed report by the first day of the following month. In addition, an archive of your financial reports is stored at your Owner Portal (going back to October of 2010).
Move In Information
Report
Contact our office at least 24 hours in advance of your move-in date to schedule your move-in appointment. Your move-in appointment will be at our office location. Each adult (18 years of age or older) must be present at your move-in appointment to sign the Lease. Be sure that each adult brings a photo identification (driver's license or state identification card).
