Our condo complex has used Wheatland Property Management services for our HOA for several years. Their highly qualified staff know current property law and use professional management practices. Their services are consistently reliable and moderately priced. I wouldn't volunteer as a Board Member without Wheatland's support and service.

Wheatland Property Management has been serving Homeowners' Associations and multiresidential properties in the Topeka Community for many years. I serve as President on the Board of Directors at a local area HOA that has contracted with Wheatland Property Management for about 6 years and I highly Irecommend their services. They provide excellent and reliable management support to their HOAs. Kristin and Kelly at the office are especially very responsive and helpful when contacted.

I have lived here ten years and like not having to worry about taking care of the yard. It is so convenient to shopping, bank, grocery store. We are within walking distance to so much. I don't care for the fact we are zoned as business area. That has caused issues.
