My wife and I have moved a lot in the past 5 years and have rented from 3 different property managers during that time. Based on my experiences with all three without a doubt Louisville Properties and Jim Powell are the best we have had dealings with. He is accessible, responsive and a genuinely wonderful person. I had a wonderful experince with Jim Powell and Louisville Properties as a resident. Communication was never an issue and response time to any issues that I experienced during the course of my rental were always addressed promptly. I would still be a resident if it weren't for my relocation out of state for work. Jim was our property manager for the year we rented when relocating from Washington State. We have been so appreciative of the way Jim has treated us over the past year. There were no issues with the property, so we had nothing to report to fix. We did have two occasions we needed guidance about adding convinience items for our own preference. Jim was very quick to respond to all communications when we reached out to him. I lived in an apartment in the Highlands managed by Louisville Properties and it was hands down the best apartment living experience I've ever had. They are always responsive and maintenance issues are addressed promptly. I absolutely loved living in a Louisville Properties managed apartment because I knew issues would be handled with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Also, I found the rental rate to be incredibly affordable given the area. I lived in my apartment for almost 3 years and only moved because I purchased a home.
