This company has left my girlfriends home unsanitary and dangerous to live in. They left raw sewage run free into the basement (the property owner said that it had been that way for 20 years, showing the amount of concern for his home and the tenants), when the toilet finally stopped flushing, they dug the drive/walkway up.then they left the mess piled two feet high in front of the main walkway. The furnace has been out four times over the winter season, the service tech showed us where it had been fixed incorrectly and explained that's what the owner wanted to avoid replacing the unit. There is more then one reason to find a better rental property.
