I am the president and owner of WCW Property Management. I started WCW when I was nineteen years old, back in 1991. Since then we have professionally managed properties in many cities in three states and helped thousands of tenants find quality homes to live in. When I started I was responsible for everything, from doing the maintenance, the sales and leasing, the accounting, inspections, the marketing, etc.

The main positions we employ are in accounting/bookkeeping, leasing agents, marketing, and administrative. We are also always looking for excellent 3rd party vendors that specialize in handyman repairs, cleaning, etc. (You must be licensed and insured in your respective field and have references). Our friends at Performance Realty are always looking to take on and train new Realtors too!

We will keep your hassle to an absolute minimum - our goal is for you to never have to see or speak to your tenants! Your only involvement will be to receive your monthly rent!
