My name is Tony Reed and I would like to share an interaction I had with Korey Bueng, Association Manager. I had a dispute with Colorado Property Management Group concerning something in the parking lot. I traveled to the main office on Parker Road. I ask to speak to Mr. Bueng and I admit I was upset. I explained to Mr. Bueng my side of the situation and he listened and explained a couple of things to me, and Mr. Bueng was able to rectify the situation in less than 24 hours. Mr. Bueng was professional, kind, and caring. I know HOA Managers deal with a lot of upset people like myself, but we have a great manager at CPMG. shout out to Pam for her kindness' as well. Thank you Korey Bueng!!!

This has got to be the worst HOA there is in Denver. Contact me for more info! I believe they are incredibly negligent - they ignored my messages about a leaking roof from March 7th until sometime in MAY! Lol then they finally got a tarp put up, and lied to the owner - saying mold remediation had been done. no it hadn't. Lol. Please contact me for info! Don't hire these guys

Horrible customer service, never answers the phone when you call - they say there open from 9am-6pm. Had to walk-in to get welcome pacage, parking permit, codes to pool ext., but they sent me a thick payslips book via mail. When I walked in my property manager (Mark D.) immediately gave me cop vibes then continued to question me like I was one of his detainee. Thin line bordering racist comment from him and even laughed at my situation caused because of no parking permit.
More over, the group reached out to me about a sewage issues in a unit below mine ( main drain issues). I allowed them to come into my unit where they cut a whole in my wall and assure me they would fix it - 12 months later, many phone calls later and there responce is "we have no record of doing work in your unit" I want to sue them. Let's try to push them out of Colorado.
