They are a disaster. You pay them so that they can torture you. Sudden notice of power cuts and water repairs - do not care about anyone who is impacted. You paid them so they own you. Better find someone else to manage your property. Read other reviews too. Destroys the value of your property

Awful property management company. They were frankly a major factor in me resigning as a trustee in my condo association and eventually selling and moving. Certified Property Management is the worst around. Glad others have spoken up as well.

Awful experience with them, do not care tenants at all, the only things they care about is money, they could not fix things for the whole year, but you need to pay for them

Absolutely horrible management. They do not care about helping their tenants. Extremely rude. We have permanent damage to the undercarriage of our car due to their negligence and incompetence in fixing the parking lot. Stay far away.

Please avoid. They are a risk to the tenants properties and honestly do not care about servicing or managing their customers. We just fired them. Absolutely useless organization.

I didn't have any my good experiences with them. Only after I sold my property I had a good experience with one of the employee, cause she was actually helpful. Besides that they need better management.
