The building is falling apart maintenance doesn't do anything. belligerent management i approached kate about issues and she yelled you can't tell me what to do. why do we have a management no one can stand?

I don't know why we pay for this management company. Needed to have a some work done on our telephone line so my son could work and school from home. The supposed Vice President of the company called me back to say we did not have a maintenance person to unlock the door. It would cost me $250 to track down who had the key and get them here. This was not considered an emergency. Well in the "new normal" emergencies have a different meaning. Even the tech who came by to work on our line said they do not like dealing with Crowninshield. In the 23 years I have lived this is the first time I have had needed their help. Hopefully the last.

I wish I could leave 0 star. Such waste of the money to have them spending for you without control. I brought my issue which is a long dragging one (more than half year) to the upper management on 8/23/2019 morning, will post when I got response from them.

This management company is the ABSOLUTE worst! They give unit owners the run around and don't take complaints about the building seriously. They "take down" information and say they will "look into it and get back to you." But, they never do. I can't wait until my building is under new management. Anything is better than this!
