We had a closing set for a unit in a property Ciminelli manages in RIverview. They were unable to provide the lender a certificate of insurance for the property in time for the closing. They had at least a week. During that time no communication as to when we would get it. An hour after the time our closing should have been we still had no communication. I had to reschedule the closing for a week later which caused me to pay additional interest, insurance, electric, etc. No willingness to address that when asked, no remorse for what they did. Unfriendly group in my opinion.

A friend of mine recommended I give Ciminelli a call when I decided to expand and open a Tampa office for my growing insurance agency. The receptionist connected me with Thomas Hernandez and he was more than happy to help me. He took the time to explain the different areas of Tampa and later followed up with an email providing options within my budget. When I responded that I appreciated his efforts he said everyday I'm hustlin'. I also like that he knew Rick Ross and how down to earth he is!
