Sarah and the team at Vantage property have been terrific for me. I was an abstantee landlord living in the US and Vantage took great care of keeping my property rented, in good repair and dealing with my non-resident taxes. They were a great help too when I decided to sell my property, and there was nothing in that for them. Just a class act. I could not recommend them more.

It has been over 7 years since we hired Vantage Property to manage our property in London. We have been dealing with Vantage Property Management for our rental property in London for the past one year. The team there, especially Walter and Sandra have been exceptionally professional and responsive. Staying very far from London, we absolutely have peace of mind, knowing that the property is in good care and management with Vantage team. They have good knowledge and experience in the rental industry.
The management fees is reasonable and they undertake rigrous diligence in selecting and managing tenants. The company also provides timely and detailed account statements for tax purposes. We definately recommend Vantage to anyone looking for property management in London, Ontario.
