So far so good. We are tenants and so far have been at the property for over a month. Grace the property manager has been nothing but a pleasure to talk to. Had to put one work order and it was handled ASAP. They also have an app that makes it easy to pay rent.

Tenant at a property that is overseen by Marie ruiz. Since we've moved in she has been more then helpful. Request are usually taken care of within 2 days. Very easy to communicate with and is very responsive. Ps. Loving the unit.
