A letter of introduction is delivered to each tenant describing my policies and procedures. Our objective is to make the transfer of management as smooth as possible and establish a good relationship with your tenants.

As Licensed General Contractors, we Maintain a Staff of Professional Maintenance Personnel. The following prices are for LABOR only. Materials will be added including tax. There are many times that we can find better deals. This is a guideline and will allow you the security that your maintenance prices will not go over these figures.
