I just had another fantastic transaction/experience with REI Club and its customer service department lead by Erica. As a real estate investor nothing scores higher than great value, quality, and trust in the product/service, and the people we deal with. The people at Reiclub.com have revealed themselves to me to be forthright, honest, responsive and- did I mention caring? Especially Erica, REIClub's Customer Service Manager. Erica 'went to bat' for me when I needed help- and fast! She got answers, gave advice which turned out to be reliable and saved my "bacon" (nearly a months' SS check) when a lesser person with a lower-quality organization might have "thrown me to the wolves".
