I would not trust this company at all, especially if you are a Belmont, MA resident. I witnessed him yelling at three children (as one of them was skateboarding) and wrongly accusing them of littering. It was completely uncalled for. All he had to do was ask them to stop skateboarding. They were extremely polite kids and courteous, absolutely not the "trouble makers" that this bully was making them out to be.
The three kids even said that they were sorry and if they had seen a sign that says no skateboarding, they would not have persisted. Now Locatelli Properties is harassing me. I went into the bean bookstore today purchased a snack, and a book, and came back, in under two hours as thats the parking limit, to my car after a few other errands and they left a second note on my car informing me I could be towed or banned. You need to learn how to speak to the general public.
