As a self-employed, single mom I just don't have a ton of free time to jump through hoops. The Joseph Group viewing, applying, and leasing process was so convenient. They were very communicative and delightful to correspond with. Lawton has been extremely accommodating and helpful. I am an owner and I had a different property manager. That company transferred all of their clients to The Joseph Group. I work with Lawton Coursey. He is great to work with and made the transfer easy and quick for me. He responds quickly to any questions or concerns I have. Rental was recently transferred from another property management firm when the Joseph Group took over management to their properties. I have been pleased with the services provided by the Joseph Group. Ian, Andy, and Lori as well as the staff in the Oak Harbor office have been especially helpful in the management of the property. Appreciate the necessary repairs made to the rental so that it will be a nice place for the renters to call home. Also like the Christmas gift idea for the renters. Aloha

All the problems I was having with using your "portal" she fixed, and now I can log in without any problem; and pay my rent monthly automatically. I have had a positive experience with the company since my first year with them in June 2021. My primary contact person for my rental property is always responsive and courteous to my inquiries for any property management related issues. The company is very professional and provides a good owner account portal for the property owner to track activity.
