First of all, don't trust the good reviews: they pay tenants to leave 5-star reviews. I lived in one of their properties for a year. The staff was unprofessional and rude, the quality of the apartment bordered on unlivable, and the maintenance was slow and shoddy--and the management staff was rude and uncaring rather than caring about serving their tenants. On one occasion, poor maintenance upstairs caused water to flow from my ceiling into my bedroom for three days, and instead of being apologetic and correcting the problem Danielle was incredibly rude and dismissive, just as she was in all of our other interactions. I have no idea how a person like her is able to keep a job. I would never live in one of their properties again.

I have had maintenance issues that were addressed promptly. The ability to pay rent online through my bank directly to the office is a big plus. The well kept on premise laundry machines is an excellent option. The clearing of snow from driveway during harsh winters is a convenience unmatched. The degree of courtesy and professionalism is on point. I've lived here over 5 years and no complaints whatsoever. Thank you

I've rented our house from PMA for the last 1.5 years with my husband, and they have been wonderful! Always very prompt with service requests, and they text which is very convenient when trying to coordinate things during a work day! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional and reputable company for leasing, a must have in the sometimes scary world of renting!
