D&H Property Management, Inc., one of the leading property management companies in Detroit, was founded by Fran Higgins in 1986. For more than 35 years D&H has specialized in corporate transferees and absentee landlords. We work with many of the major corporations in Detroit and around the world helping find executive rentals for their employees on assignment in the Metro-Detroit area and managing the homes of their employees going out of state or aboard on work assignments.

D&H is a member of the "Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS" and utilizes the multiple-listing service enabling us to maximize our efforts in locating possible tenants and available houses for renters.

We check the applicant's credit history, verify employment and income. We will also check personal references and landlord references. For international transferees we require them to provide an employment letter and a copy of their passport since they will not have the required credentials to do a standard background check.
