I truly don't understand the bad reviews. My dad is older and still works 60 hrs a week and I live in Concord and help him manage all his bills and stuff. I help put in work orders and pay his rent when he can't do it himself through this company. They have been amazing to him. Any issue at all, they sent someone the very next day and it gets taken care of asap. Rent not overpriced. He loves them and they have been very professional. Friendly and nice people! Highly recommend. They have been so great that I recommend them to friends I know when they are looking for rentals.

The lady who answers and tells you to call back because of pending applications is rude! The home has been pending for months! Doesn't seem like they want to rent anything! They just rush you off the phone. Good Luck renting from them! Very bad professionalism.

I went in to do an application and then was told not to pay the app fee just yet because she wanted to fax my application to someone. Said they would call me back. Never heard from them and nobody seems to want to call me back after calling a couple times and leaving messages. Very unprofessional. I also felt like they didn't want to actually help me with anything. Seemed uninterested. I would not recommend going through this place to find a house. And I definitely will not be giving my money to them

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Good luck trying to get anyone to come out to fix anything. They say place a work request and you'll be waiting for a month if not longer. The landlords who have this company managing their rental properties are oblivious of what is going on. The bottom line they are only concern about the money and not the tenant
