HPS charges $60/hr for Property Manager labor. We publish all trade labor rates annually, as we like to be transparent and believe that customers should never be surprised by any invoice. HPS is available 365 days per year for all your vacation home needs. Each property is assigned a Primary Property Manager and a Secondary Property Manager.
