Had a wonderful vacation in Nee Smyrna Beach thanks to the wonderful staff and service from this property management company. They assisted me in selecting exactly the type of rental I was looking for and upon arrival, the unit was clean and fully equipped with everything I needed and requested. There was an AC issue during my stay snd Surfcoast had a technician on-site within a few hours to make the repairs. Will definitely use them again next year! Highly recommend.

I am a frequent condo renter in New Smyrna Beach and decided to try Surf Coast Realty for Spring Break this year. To make this short and sweet, they double booked our condo after we had received a confirmation and paid a deposit. We had to accept another rental for only 6 days instead of 7. The rental was great. Had a great time. Upon leaving, we cleaned the unit thoroughly and placed towels on bathroom floor.
Fast forward a month later. Haven't received our deposit back yet. Called the office and they said they would send another check. Finally receive it and they charged me $80 for laundry. I called and spoke with Maranda who insisted that we had more than 6 loads of towels. Which is not possible. I asked for photos that she claims they take but she did not provide them. Completely ridiculous. I have never had a security deposit garnished. Too much of a risk using this company. Beware.
