Scotts Valley Property Management is a family-owned and operated company located in Scotts Valley at 4615 Scotts Valley Drive. Jeanne Jensen Shada started our business in 1981 as Jensen Property Management. As the company grew, we decided to change the name to reflect its location, thus Scotts Valley Property Management became its new name.
