Most nasty, rudest customer service ever that I have ever received. I inquired about a house rental that they had on their site and the woman I dealt with was extremely impolite, rude and unpleasant to deal with. My family is in the market to buy a house but I would never use a realtor from the business after the hostile treatment. Not a good business and their practices on house rentals are a bit suspect to say the least.

When I moved out they didn't give me my deposit even though we clean the place as best we could. They charged me for new carpet new bathrooms and more they kept every single penny in my deposit and said I still owe them for the replacement of the carpet. I took pictures when I moved in and I send it to them that that carpet was beyond repair I had it washed it had permitted stains it was an old carpet yet when I moved out babe paid for the new carpet with my deposit. Beware of this property management

Recently my husband and I have been looking to relocate to the Central Valley, and in doing so the Equity Group has been extremely helpful. Every time I contact them rather it be in person or over the phone, I always feel like my questions are answered and I appreciate their friendliness and professionalism. Especially Selena and Neldy, during my search they both have been great with helping me to schedule viewings as well as trying to place us in the right home.
