Jenny, the woman who answers the phone was extremely rude when I asked for information regarding my application and viewing an apartment. If I had talked to her prior to applying I would have never even applied and wasted my money for an application fee.

I will say communication is a bit tricky here. I understand they have several people applying so it is hard to keep with the traffic flow. Once you get connected with someone it's a much easier process. Got notified when additional documents were needed. Sadly one unit we wanted was rented out before we got a chance to see it. We found another unit we loved even more. Rocio was super helpful and responsive. Upon move in inspection I brought up a few things I found and Maria got right on it. I got my keys. Waiting to schedule other repairs. So far so good. Thanks for helping me find my home!

This is ongoing review from a current tenant since the property is managed so poorly. There is a list of little things that need to be replaced or repaired. The guy the property manager has sent has not shown up, twice now. It's been over 3 weeks since the initial complaint. The person responsible for the repairs does not answer my calls. The property manager may or may not respond. Love the apartment, but seriously, what are you guys getting paid for?
