I'm buying property for the first time. David had also done inspections for my dad so he came recommended. I was very happy with the work done. The inspection was thorough, comprehensive, and put me at ease during a generally stressful process. So I too recommend this inspection service! Thanks David!

David Andrick is a fantastic inspector and overall good partner in the home buying process. David takes the time to throughly capture and explain all of his findings, and personally guided me in understanding his inspection report, making clear what required immediate attention and what did not, which effectively made me a more informed buyer. There are no stupid questions with David, and that goes a long way for a first-time home buyer. Deep experience in the Hudson Valley. Goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!

David was incredibly professional and explained everything to me as we were going through the house and property. He made me feel confident about my purchase but have me a realistic list of things to look at after purchase and thorough advice on how to prioritize and approach those fixes. Definitely recommend

I am a Realtor and have a lot of options on what home inspectors I can recommend to my clients. I without hesitation recommend A1 Home Inspections! David is very professional and talks to people not at them as so many "Professionals" tend to do. He explains any issues in depth but also explains that there are remedies available to fix almost any issue that may arise. He is also very knowledgeable and has seen pretty much everything that can be wrong with a house.
If and when I buy another house I will use A1 for my inspections too, there is no one better in the area, and I should know as I have had to deal with pretty much all of them as either a buyers agent or from representing the sellers!

David inspected 3 different homes for us, helping us to find the BEST home for us! David came highly recommended to us from a trusted friend and realtor. He was wonderful! He patiently explained what he was doing at each part of the inspection and helped us identify potential remedies to each situation that he found. We are so thankful to have had David as our inspector!
