Holly started Chesney-Hill Management Services. in 1987 with the management of a multifamily community of 144 units and continued to manage this community until it was sold in 1996. Multifamily management was an important part of the firm's portfolio as it managed, on a contract basis, 4 apartment communities for Chambers, Price and Britt.
