Decent, organized and reasonable management company. Will work with you regarding lease terms, will not lock you in a 1-year lease unless desired.

Solid apartments for the right price throughout Cambridge and Somerville. Basically your standard for property management in the area. Fair prices and reasonable service. Will fix or replace appliances when it's needed.
