I rented with Elfant Pontz for 4 years and it was a very positive experience. The common parts of the apartment building (hallways, stairs) were always clean, and the landscaping was nice. Maintenance requests were fulfilled quickly, even for emergencies on weekends such as the heat acting up. Definitely recommend!

The most unprofessional set of people I've ever had to deal with, I worked with Inez Sweeney to get a property and let me tell you that she was VERY unprofessional! She was most helpful when I was having problems paying the application fee after that she didn't care about our application. I didn't even want to apply for the property but she encouraged me to apply saying "oh you guys have all the qualifications the owner will love you" then after I applied every time I spoke with her she wanted something else and didn't have any good news for me and another thing if I didn't text or call her I wouldn't hear anything from her and even when I send her a text she took hours to reply.
I knew they didn't want to give us that property but all they had to do was be honest and tell us. I'm no longer interested in getting that property or working with them, just be careful when you apply to properties that they manage because they are very unprofessional and only care about taking your money.

Everyone on the team here has been great to me but Crystal is the true gem here as I feel like I am in constant contact with her for everything. She is so pleasant and reliable. She always responds quickly and resolves any issues as soon as possible and does it all with such a pleasant and understanding manner. I don't know how she juggles it all and does it so well!
