Management ignored and declined to fix a broken window screen, took months to fix faulty wiring for lights in my bedroom, has shelfs / drawers that are genuinely falling apart in the kitchen, has a heater that's been broken since moving in, etc. yet told me I had to remove my plants from my balcony. Really? Plants are an issue on a balcony? Huh? I've had better management that doesn't actively try to cause their tenants unnecessary drama over PLANTS yet ignore actual issues that actively affect their tenants. The bar is on the floor, yet they still failed. I'm very disappointed. Avoid if possible.

They advertise properties at one price but once you pay application fees, they tell you a different price. And then they don't pick up the phone!

I just loved the way they went about getting us into our new place. They were courteous, and fast. This was before the pandemic so I'm not sure of how it works now however I absolutely loved their process

I rented a house for 4 years with this company but I don't recommend it, they bother me a lot for sheer nonsense and when they have to return your deposit they look for any excuse not to return it. I don't understand why they charge you for cleaning when you enter and they want you to leave the house very clean when you leave if the new tenants are charged the same. and they give you the house and after 4 years of living there they want the house the same. like it didn't have wear and tear from carpet paint or the ordinary blinds they put up.
