Wilson Property Management is a full-service management company offering help to both parties of a tenant/landlord relationship. Wilson Property Management offers a wide array of tailorable services to meet any property owner's needs. Rental property management has been the cornerstone of our company since its inception in 1992. We are the recognized leader in taking care of your investment - your house, townhouse, condominium, apartment, or commercial unit.

To view a property managed or listed by Wilson Property Management, you must meet certain criteria. Your combined household income must be at least three times the monthly rent of the subject property, and you must not have any prior evictions. If you have any pets, have filed bankruptcy within the last 10 years, or have had a short sale or foreclosure, you must notify our office before viewing the home. There is a non-refundable application fee of $45 per adult application. This fee is to cover our screening and processing costs.

Wilson Property Management is here to assist you throughout the term of your lease. If you have any maintenance issues that arise, we have a full-service maintenance team available during regular office hours. We also have an emergency maintenance team available 24 hours a day.
