Dianne Allen has always been a sweet and caring person who will go out of her way to make the guests happy. They not only deal in vacation rentals but also handle property management and real estate. Gulf View properties (Allen's beach service Inc) is the most incompetent company I've ever done business with. As the president of our HOA, the owners, Charlie and Dianne Allen were impossible to work with and conduct business. Our HOA was at a standstill with this company; they were ultimately fired after demand letters and failure to comply with contractual obligations. There was no transparency in regards to communication and finances. Emails and phone calls went unanswered for weeks on end, vendors were not paid and the company owners were unprofessional with their communication. Take this as warning to steer clear of this duo and their company. Read the reviews, seek references and and do your research. Any positive reviews posted here are from their employees.

Great folks, staff was very attentive and courteous. The rental was very clean and in an excellent state of repair. The local businesses very pleasant to visit with a very relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices all things considered. It was an overall very nice get away and we will be back again. To the reviewers stating only good reviews are coming from employees. I don't work there.just saying.
