I have been a tenant of Tradewind for almost 5 years. I do not understand some of the negative remarks on here about them. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. If I put in a maintenance request which I try not to do unless emergency, they call me that day and come out immediately. Great maintenance people and office people. They make it so easy. Highly recommend.

I just called on a property listed on their web page. The person on the other end was gruff and about as friendly as a cactus. She informed me that they have not updated their web page in four years. I think I will look for a rental with a company that can maintain a web page and is friendly. If you can not provide common polite service then what type of landlords will they be?

Mindy has helped me out so much when it came to the process of getting my place with me being a single father having to find a place quickly that was in my budget as well as responding quickly to any issues ive had. highly recommend this company they actually care about there tenants instead of only caring about getting them in and out. 5 stars!

Ben, it happened to me the same thing. My deposit was 925 and only got back 358, I left the place in good condition. Even I fixed for them minor things at the place that were not were working properly. Forget about getting your complete deposit back. I gave up asking for the rest of the money, I guess they need it more than I do because that place is going to the hole. I end up buying a place and will never do bussiness with them. They don't respond in a timely manner. Mary and rose Extremally rude. 0 professional they love to hang up the phone on you. Save yourself a headache and stress.
