Signed paperwork to end lease. Turned in keys and had all things in order. Next month they still took rent out of my bank account. I've called them 3 times now and even made a trip to the office about it. Still no reimbursement, and still haven't received damage deposit back.

This place will only take your money and not process your application, not return your call, and not refund your application fee. Like many other management places. I have an attorney who is helping me fight this and get some fees back. This is the place we will go after next. They said they called my previous renter, my previous renter said they did not. So dishonesty is not very attractive trait in a property Management company.

Move in wasn't the smoothest but the office ladies are very nice and helpful, especially Jamie. They accommodated my request and my situation so for that i am very thankful.

Owner Ryan and company can take on most any property and situation, from low rent to high end houses, of which I have both and can tell you there are problems to manage with all. Right now VIP manages around 30 apartment tenants living in affordable housing for me, not the easiest task and I can't imagine anyone else pulling it off like they do. VIP has that heightened ability to be firm yet understanding.
Negative reviews here are likely from tenants making minor issues major, expecting immediate results, as I've witnessed many times. I'm compassionate and want to help people but in the housing rental world it's very hard to find balance. Tenant or owner don't hesitate to work with VIP if you're level headed and want good representation
