Backus properties are phenomenal. I moved into an apartment on an annual lease. It was a great, and honest management company. All of the staff members are very resourceful and understanding. Cindy, Michelle and Celeste all are wonderful. I had the best experience from my housing because of them giving me the opportunity to be there tenant. We have had nothing but positive experience with Backus Properties. It is great to live in a rental that is well cared for and the property manager ( Molly) always responds right away and takes care of any issues. Yes you do need to go through a bit to get the rental and they do make sure you are caring for the property, but that is why the rental house is so much better than others who only care about the money. If I ever need a property manager Molly will be it! I highly recommend them

Both in her previous position at another company and the last few years with Backus, Cindy has done a real good job with Tenant relations, Inspections and Maintenance of the properties. She's a real professional and has been very helpful over the years.
