These people seem to take too many applications and then turn them away for things that are completely ridiculous. They only mention felonies can mess with the application process the application does not ask about misdemeanors that happened when you were 15! My charges happened in 2016 I'm almost 21 and they denied my application even though me and my boyfriend were beyond qualified and make more than enough money to live there.

My boyfriend said he'd bring a cop to clear up charges to at happened years ago and the manager Tj was shaking in his boots asking him not to bring the cops. They have no posted emails or name of staff on their website so when you want to contact them they will tell you "I'll have the manager call you back" and then they never do, because they don't want to give you a real reason why you got denied.

Not to mention their claim is always the application fee is only $30 but what they don't mention is you are required to fill out 2 which is $60. Like boo hoo I made mistakes when I was 15 you people are crazy and unprofessional.

Tj sounded like he really doesn't want cops involved, guy seems shady. Had a issue with a background check had a officer ready to go clear up the altercation the man sounded like he got worried. Also upon being at the office and filling out my application the man was in a office yelling at some poor soul and I mean screaming from the top of his lungs. That's embarrassing if you go through companies like this I fell for ya. On the other hand go HOME RIVER GROUP your the best!

So we have been in our unit and they jumped our rent 75 dollars in September last year effective October. Sixth months later they have now jumped the rent another 125 dollars. One of the other reviews said the same thing owner responds to keep up with inflation and property taxes. Interesting that property taxes have not gone up significantly cause we were just looking at houses and property taxes.

Also spent five years trying to get a new stove and they kept blowing it off until the owners of the property bought and paid for a new stove. Our flooring has needed to be replaced because it's been peeling up and the same response is not bad enough they just repainted the decks and the company they used to do paint did such a poor job and sprayed paint all over the siding of the buildings and they yet to show they care.

When the outside water piped burst and management was called to have them come unlock the door for the plumber to get access to just turn that part of the water off Reliable's solutions was to have the city come and turn the water completely off so no one could have water. They do everything they can to not fix or help find solutions.
