I lived at the 2450 Octavia property and It was amazing. The property is well kept and all my neighbors were extremely friendly. Management was very responsive and the building manager was always available to assist when needed. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay should consider a property managed by Chandler properties. Thanks for being amazing.

I moved from one apartment to another in a building managed by Chandler Properties. Piera, the property manager, advised me of a similar apartment to mine which had a southern exposure and was much quieter than the apartment that I was living in. She smoothed the process for my relocation and was flexible so that I could move over 2 days without charging me for both apartments.
In the rare times that I required service, Piera and her staff were immediately responsive. The building was sold by a resident owner in June and there have been many improvements made. Tenants have been continuously informed during this process. I have lived in my own home for more than 40 years and there has been an adjustment to apartment living. I am very pleased with my experience with Chandler Properties managing this building.

I'm a tenant in a Chandler Properties- managed building. This is an exceptional management company. Professional, polite and tenant-friendly. The leasing staff were helpful, honest and sincere. I've had more contact with Mariel Byrne, building manager. Very responsive, friendly, trustworthy. Mariel and Chandler Properties-have repair contractors that are largely professional, polite and of high quality. So far, Chandler Properties is simply the best management company in SF.

I had the absolute best experience working with Chandler Properties upon my move-in, specifically with property manager David Wiley. He is extremely friendly, responsive, organized, and made what is typically a stressful process (applying, move-in, etc) seamless and enjoyable. Not only do I love my apartment, but I love and trust the management of my building. 6 stars out of 5! :)

I cannot give enough positive feedback about Chandler properties. As a tenant, the management team was always very responsive and helpful. Lauren was especially great to work with on my end- so accommodating in several circumstances. The building I lived in had a lot of character and was very well maintained. I highly recommend.
