We loved renting from this company! It was never a struggle to get ahold of anyone or to request maintenance help. We got our full deposit back which was great. CR Properties in my own experience is giving us good quality service. When there is a problem, they will send a repairman to fix it. The owner of the house is kind too. We don't have much problem on their service. And about the Staff, they're pretty great too. And I got my deposit refund. Keep up the good work guys!

This company is fraudulent they charge outrageous fees like missing appliances that never were removed because if they were they should of mentioned that in court, not wait until the judge settles the case then report to credit bureaus double the charges. Greedy company. I may have broken a lease during a hardship due to not being compensated for completed work on the very properties you boast about managing but kicking someone when they're already down is just ridiculous
